Also known as Ted, I originally moved to the village of Ashover as a child in 1996 where I attended the local school, My Family and I have been fortunate enough to return to the village in 2015 to raise a family in the perfect setting of Ashover Parish. I am the second generation to be appointed to the council in July 2023.

My professional background of working in construction and in more recent times working in social/affordable housing with strong links to those with special needs. I am currently a national technical manager specialising in electrics and renewable and sustainable technology within a leading, not for profit provider of Retirement Living and Extra Care for older people of modest means.

My outside interests include motor and water sports, winter sports, clay pigeon shooting as well as being a coach for my sons rugby team. I also enjoy going away in the campervan and socialising where possible.
