This service empowers adults to maintain independence and wellbeing at home by offering short term intervention around general advice and guidance on things like housing issues/financial support/debt advice, supporting adults to develop community networks, including signposting for further support, identifying services and groups that may prevent an adults support needs from becoming more serious, one-to-one support to increase confidence and resilience.
